Both U.S. Navy veterans, they formed their foundation early on discipline, accountability, and commitment to something larger than themselves. Those values carried into business, coaching, community leadership, and family life, shaping how they lead and how they show up every day.
Howie brings more than a decade of experience in technology startups and years of championship level coaching, where he learned that culture, preparation, and character drive lasting success. Elizabeth brings deep emotional intelligence, thoughtful perspective, and a lifelong commitment to civic and community leadership. Together, they balance challenge with compassion and ambition with integrity.
Why They Do This
Service runs deep in their family. With roots tracing back to the earliest days of this country and generations of military service (including their two sons, now fourth-generation service members) their story is grounded in responsibility, resilience, and respect for legacy.
Through Life Served Neat, Howie and Elizabeth create space for honest conversations about leadership, faith, failure, success, and the everyday moments that shape who we become. They aren’t interested in hype or shortcuts, only in sharing real stories from people who have earned their perspective.
